Application Process
Applicants are required to:
• Complete an Disclosure Application Form
• Produce a number of documents to confirm their identity
The form is then processed, where it is countersigned checked with the police, the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF), the Department of Health (DoH) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) in one single step
