People working with individuals under 18 years of age:

* A person in a position whose duties involve caring for, training, supervising, or being in sole charge of children.

* A person providing child minding or day care services.

* A person applying for adoption or with foster caring duties

 

People working with vulnerable adults:

*A person who regularly cares for, trains, supervises, or is in sole charge of vulnerable adults

(A vulnerable adult is a person over 18 who has a learning or physical disability, a physical or mental illness including drug or alcohol addiction, or a reduction in physical or mental capacity)
