Dynamite operates a 14 days exchange & refund policy in which customers has to return items for either an exchange or refund. This excludes leisure services, custom-made items, perishable goods (flowers, fresh food), CDs, DVDs, and tapes for software, audio or video if they are unsealed (have no packaging), newspapers and magazines.
